Bainbridge Bluegrass Festival Advertiser Guide (pdf)

Put your good business name out there with the Bainbridge Bluegrass Festival’s brand new, glossy, full-color, 8-page booklet (6″ x 9″) highlighting festival performers, food, fun, and a full-day of old fashioned outdoor family fun at the 90+ acre Battle Point Park, on Bainbridge Island.

And, that’s not all, there are advertising opportunities and customizable sponsorship packages that span all media types the festival is employing to get the word out about the event: website, social media, print media, radio, mobile, ferry, you name it.

For example, the printed program will be distributed to Kitsap, King, and Pierce county families prior to the festival and handed out to all festival goers (over 2000 attendees in 2012). Program advertisers and  Sponsors are the superstars that glue the Festival together, helping the event grow bigger and better, with each year. Join us.

Bainbridge Bluegrass Festival features arts and crafts, novelties, hand-made local specialties, food vendors, music workshops by the greats, lots of kids’ activities, clogging performances, contests and, of course, a full day of bluegrass music, on-stage, emceed renown Southern storyteller and KBCS radio announcer, Auntmama.

All of the Bainbridge Bluegrass Festival planners are volunteers … the only folks who get paid are our fabulous bands and performers, and our amazing sound technicians.

All ads need to be in a computer file format like pdf, jpeg, tiff at minimum 300dpi resolution. Please no MS word “doc” files. We can scan business cards, but prefer high-resolution PDF or camera ready electronic files.

Cut-off date to advertise in the printed program this year is June 1, 2013. All Payments are due by June 15, 2013. Space is limited, so reserve early.
